Close to St Mary's Church and Whitby Abbey which has been voted by Countryfile magazine the most romantic ruin in the UK . Handy for the local craft brewery, which is a stone's throw away from the cottage. Excellent uninterrupted views over the sea and towards the West side of Whitby out to Sandsend and only a minutes walk away from the well known, Cleveland Way. A walk down the 199 Steps to the cobbled part of Whitby Old Town and pubs, shops, restaurants and the beach. The cottage has a large outdoor deck for sun worshippers or outdoor dining/barbecues.
